Do the products need to be kept in the fridge?
Although my products can be kept out of the fridge for 1-2 days, storing them in the fridge will help keep the highest quality for as long as possible.
What are the delivery options for me?
There is a standard £4.50 fee for delivery and all products are sent via Royal Mail tracked 24. Orders over £50 are also eligible for free delivery. To claim free delivery, simply input the code DELIVERY50 at checkout once you have typed in your delivery address. Please note, we currently only ship orders to the UK.
Why am I having trouble separating the slices from the packaging?
To achieve the best possible tasting experience the meats are sliced as thinly as possible and sealed tightly to lock in the flavour, to separate the slices successfully, remove from the fridge and outer packaging at least 20-30 minutes before serving, when the meat has reached room temperature then remove from the sealed plastic bag and bend back and forth, this will separate each slice from another and make it much easier to remove completely.
Where do you source your meat and spices?
All meat comes from Taste Tradition, which is a red tractor approved farm In North Yorkshire.
All spices come from Just ingredients which source from all over the world and is based in Gloucestershire.
What if I don’t want to eat the whole pack at once?
That’s absolutely fine, just wrap what you have left loosely in grease proof paper or recover with the vacuum bag, don’t wrap in cling film as this will prevent air circulation and the meat will go mouldy quite quickly.
Can I freeze any of the products?
Yes, you can, you can freeze any products used for cooking like the Pancetta, Guanciale and Nduja, unfortunately you cannot freeze the sliced packs as these do not require cooking and the quality may be compromised.
